Job Description:
Financially sound, privately owned company in business since 1986. Approximately 50 employees. Products produced are metal forming equipment to include press brakes to 1000T, hydraulic shears from 1/4 to 1.5 capacities, and hydraulic presses. Company uses vertical and horizontal machining centers, multi-axis, bridge mills, and similar types of CNC equipment. Most are controlled by Fanuc controls with one Fagor control unit. Haas, Niigata, and SNK machine tools are used in the shop. Will supervise 20-25 people in the machine shop and report to Plant Manager. Should have some knowledge of machine tool programming along with set-up. Company has approx. 20 pieces of CNC equipment. This is a shop-floor type of role with a lot of interface with operators to include troubleshooting. Must have good leadership skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
